🌊Made from once deadly commercial gill net pulled from the northern Great Barrier Reef, @wwf_australia have teamed up with @arisecollective and @visiondirect_au to create these sustainable “ReefCycle” sunnies😎 Each pair contributes to @wwf_australia’s ongoing conservation efforts to help establish a Net-Free North and has a picture of the marine animal YOU are helping protect (if you can see the turtle on the inside of mine 💙). The #NetFreeNorth campaign aims to ban lethal commercial gill nets from operating in Far North Queensland, one of the worlds largest Dugong haven’s - amongst many other marine life!
