I'm super excited to be able share with you some new recipes using @ikeajapan new no-meat meatballs. The plantball is made from pea protein, oats, potatoes, onion and apple and even fooled some of my meat loving friends. I had great fun coming up with recipes which are easy to cook at home. Unfortunately I couldn't go to Tokyo for the launch but my Teriyaki miso style plant ball canapés are a little nod to my love of Japan.
