Hilo, we’re welcoming you back to our dine-in restaurant with a safe experience because our aloha for you never stops! To prevent crowds from gathering in our lobbies, you can now place yourself on a virtual waitlist! What does that mean? First, before you get out of your car, visit our website on your mobile device.
Select your preferred Zippy’s location
Click on “Join Waitlist”
Complete the boxes
After entering the information, you will receive a confirmation message. Note that you can check on your place in line by using the link in the message. Now, just wait in the comfort of your own car! For those that arrive without a car, please ask a staff member for directions. You will get a notification when you are the next person in line. This will allow you ample time to make your way to the host stand. You will get another message when we are ready to seat your party. If at any time, you need to let us know that you’re running late, or need to cancel your place in line, just reply to the confirmation message and we’ll take care of it! If you need help getting on our virtual waitlist, our staff at the door or host stand can do it for you. Or, just use the QR code found on our door.
