Ari Vatanen is a legend. This pose was a moment I will never forget. His original use of this was on Pikes Peak when practicing for the Pikes Peak International Hillclimb, and a shot that was in the short film “Climb Dance” (about the 1988 race). We replicated this shot of him in Climbkhana because it was such a unique shot from a film that inspired some of our Hoonigan Media Machine work. So apparently, Ari was stoked we remade this shot - and therefore asked me to do this pose this past weekend in San Marino. Rad.
