yoga in @fabletics to start my day off! 🧘♀️ I’ve recently been feeling a shift and wanting to try out all different types of workouts to see what my body responds to best. I’m noticing my body changing which is SO OKAY and normal since we are all constantly growing and evolving. here’s a few workouts/forms of movement I’ve been trying and loving:
• @trainwithdanny (whether in person, zoom, or a live, he’s AMAZING)
• @meganroup ‘sculpt society’ (gets me in such a good mood and BURNS in the best way)
• @melissawoodhealth pilates flow (so grounding, meditative, and great for long and toned lean muscles)
• @barrys if I’m feeling like I wanna be surrounded by some bad ass strong and motivated people!
• and this week going to try a new online class called @thepilatesclass
What I miss the most is HOT YOGA! I’d do anything for a @hotpilates or @corepower class right now.
Also walks, hikes, and rest days are musts right now... because they’re just important 🤍
