UPDATE: Ofc Shaun Lewis was arrested by Texas Rangers and charged with murder after an investigation into his actions that night.

#JonathanPrice. Shot and killed by police last night.

Witnesses said a woman was being assaulted by a man in an argument at a Wolfe City, TX gas station and Price tried to step in. The man assaulted Price, and when officers arrived, they used a taser on Price before shooting him once in the chest and twice in the back.

Texas Rangers are investing and more details are expected to come.
