I usually take Sundays as my rest day, but I didn’t get to work out other days this week and missed a good leg day. I just kept it simple today and did light weight, high reps, and really focused on those inner thighs with this circuit. Do 20 reps for every exercise and repeat the entire circuit two times through. This was the second round I filmed it, and as you can see my legs were shaking. You can do it with or without holding weight, either way it will burn!
