Narrow Grip Preacher Curls: 4 x 12, 10, 8, 6
Single Arm Overhead Extensions: 4 x 15, 12, 10, 8

Superset:

Hammer Curls: 4 x 8
Tricep Pushdowns: 4 x 8

Single Set:
