"We've exercised, we've played...we've practiced handwashing." David Moreno, a UNICEF Education Officer has just delivered education and hygiene supplies to a rural school in Mérida State, Venezuela. As the country grapples with COVID-19, safety is a big part of school reopening plans. In addition to notebooks and footballs, David has brought students soap and other handwashing equipment.
