Put the sour cream and cream cheese into a large mixing bowl and whisk in the sugar and lemon juice until smooth.  5. In a separate bowl, place the gelatin into the hot water. Dissolve well.  6. Once the gelatin has been dissolved, mix together thoroughly with the sour cream and cream cheese mixture.  7. In a separate bowl, whisk the fresh cream with your desired amount of Masala Chai powder.  8. Fold together the fresh cream mixture and the sour cream and cream cheese mix.
