Good Morning Gulangyu! 🏝We are on a mini break exploring Fujian province, starting in Gulangyu, a tiny island next to Xiamen famous for its Amoy Art Deco architecture and the distinct lack of cars. Breakfast today, well it’s very cute, maybe a bit of an eclectic mix of things. A fried egg, rice noodles with tofu squares, some chicken wings, seaweed, kimchi, fresh mango and a glass of warm milk!! Bizarre but good! 🤪 #symmetrybreakfast #fujian #gulangyu
