Still coming down from watching the presidential debates (or whatever that was) on Tuesday evening. Considering how important it was for the American people to be addressed it was disheartening to see what unfolded on such a prestigious stage. Not to mention, a sitting president who refused to condemn white supremacists and would go on to fear monger and actively try to convince the American people that our voting system is somehow broken, attempting to dismantle our democracy as we know it. I was left angry, frustrated, terrified, and feeling hopeless. Until my baby began kicking in my belly as a reminder that I must have hope. Please please please KNOW that YOUR VOICE MATTERS.
