The Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in Northeastern Minnesota is on the ballot this election. It is America’s most Wilderness with over 1.1 million acres of woods, lakes, streams, and wetlands in the heart of a multi-million-acre boreal forest ecosystem in the United States and Canada. This precious Wilderness is under threat by a proposed sulfide-ore copper mine.
