💡 There was a time when I was 50lbs heavier and I had no desire to workout. Like ZERO DESIRE!!! The TRANSFORMATION is the fact that I had no desire to workout today either. Now, I just ask myself, “How are you gonna feel 2 hours from now if you don’t workout?” If the answer is ,“fine”, I don’t work out. If the answer is, “bad”, then I work out! PeridoT!
