There is a million directions in this topic, but this is my story, no one else’s. Well - luckily I don’t give a shit about what people say or think, but what do gets me is the fact that people are so imprinted with what the norm say that a body “should look like” and not look like. And this goes both ways. And not only for women. Why does people feel like this towards different body types? Who decided that one way is the “right way” and others not? Society has created a “template” that we want to put people in and make us fit in as much as possible. That wants us to change to something just because society says so. With that said: I couldn’t be more proud of myself. Not only by the way that I look, but because I don’t let society define me and order me to strive to look a certain way. Because I actually come as far to don’t give a fuck on how “I should look” and only striving to FEEL good. On the inside. Cause at the end of the day, that’s all that matters. And I wish and hope that all of you reading this feel this too about yourself and your body. Cause your body is AMAZING just as it is, and mostly important: YOU, your inside is too. And to finish it off: thank you body! Thank you for letting me feel strong, for letting me feel joy. For carrying me everyday. I only have one of you and I will forever be grateful for everything you do for me. Ps. Fuck what society tells you how to look - focus on how you feel. That is the main thing in life.
