As parents we can sometimes underestimate how much a single piece of clothing can really mean to a child; I still have vivid memories of lots of my childhood clothes; black velvet knickerbockers, a silky maroon ra-ra skirt, and a high neck lace shirt that I was bought when I was 13 and which I still have in my wardrobe today... @owayurika clothes are not only long lasting and sustainably made, but they also have incredibly original designs which are intended to weave themselves into your child's memories and inspirations for years to come... There is a Japanese word ‘mottainai’ which is intended to convey a sense of regret over waste, and if we can start to use, re-use and re-evaluate our clothing and possessions from an early age, there may well be far less waste and far less regret in our children’s future, along with a much wider and more creative understanding of the world around us. #owayurika #domesticforaging #reusereducerecycle」9月26日 17時33分
