I feel this on many levels. You don’t realize how strong you are until someone looks at you and say “damn girl how did you do it” I don’t know how many times I have defended myself and still continue too. I often wonder when I’m being treated less than why am I still fighting. I tell you why cause there is a little black girl somewhere watching hoping that I don’t give up. I too was that little girl who watched her mom be disrespected daily but she still moved on with her head up and pride up. So black women do not fear we are stronger than anyone thinks, wiser than most and damn sure have patience. Don’t give up and stay strong it won’t be for nothing.
