How do you get beyond your challenges? どのようにしてあなたの挑戦を乗り越えますか？
Today I told a student something I always say, challenges make you stronger.
Some days we are tired and have the challenge of pushing on through tiredness or fatigue.
But just think how easy life will be when you’re physically or mentally fresh.
That’s how I felt yesterday, tired and fatigued, but today I felt fresh and charged up so it felt like my training on the ice and in the gym was a breeze!
