Here are 4 standing ab exercises that actually make a difference.

1. Opposite elbow to knee cross.
2. Elbow to knee side crunch.
3. Opposite fingers to toes.
4. Single leg knee crunch.

Do 5 rounds of 10. The MOS important part is to make sure you’re actually using the correct muscles.

For example, don’t LIFT your leg for the single leg knee crunch. Use 100% of your abs to move your leg. If you’re not sure if you’re using the right muscles, then PRO TIP: slow down & feel which muscle is generating the movement!
