I’ve noticed since this pandemic, and having to stay home more, how depressed I’ve been. Feeling happy one day, then extremely sad the next few days. I think before, I had so many distractions that I could look the other way. But now, I feel like I have to face the REAL that’s been going on in my head. Just want to inform everyone that it’s okay, if you’ve been extra emotional, experiencing weight gain/weight loss, depressed, and just like crap. The world has been going absolutely bat sh*t crazy and we’re all learning how to adjust in the best way possible. I’m wishing everyone positive vibes, clarity, and new methods to cope with this crazy year if everything else hasn’t been working. I hope abundance flows through you in every way!
