Yesterday @matildazpug’s mom Mandy was telling us at the ATX Pughearts virtual meetup (which btw is super fun! you guys should join) about a cucumber cocktail called Cool Hand Cuke that she used to have a bar she would frequent. And since I quit juicing 4 hours into my cleanse on Monday I had plenty of cucumbers to experiment with ☺️
This drink is dangerously good, it’s light and refreshing. I’ve added my recipe below but play around with it, make it what you like.

Juicing Fail Cucumber Cocktail
2 oz cucumber vodka or regular vodka (I used @svedkavodka cucumber lime since Rocco always got the best gifts
3/4 oz @stgermaindrinks
0.25 oz mint simple syrup (you can use regular simple syrup, I just had a bunch of extra mint that I needed to use)
0.25 lemon juice
Cucumber water (1 cucumber peeled and blended with 2.5 cups water, strain)
In glass add vodka, St Germain, simple syrup and lemon juice. Stir. Add ice and top with cucumber water.
