#PMGHowTo:
— Prep the lids with Sublime Perfection Concealer in ‘LIGHT 5’
— Blend a wash of ’PEACH DUSK’ eye shadow through the crease & outer corner with a blending brush
— Swipe ’SCANDALOUS’ eye shadow across the lid with a fluffy brush lightly dampened with Mehron Mixing Liquid 
— Pack ’HEDONISTIC ROSE’ eye shadow onto the outer third of the lid with a flat brush & softly diffuse outwards
— Blend PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil in ’BLITZ BROWN’ along the lower lash line
— Apply ’FUCHSIA FLAME’ eye shadow along the lower lash line on top of the pencil
— Add depth to the outer corner with ’HEDONISTIC ROSE’ eye shadow & extend outwards 
— Line the lash line with Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner & extend into a wing
— Apply Dark Star Mascara & false lashes
— Highlight the brow bone & inner corner with ’PINK CHAMPAGNE’ eye shadow
