INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight for best result)
- 3 cups water
- 2 medjool dates (you can also sub for 2 tablespoons agave, maple syrup or honey)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or flavoring (optional)
*Don't forget a nut milk bag for straining afterward!

INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak 1 cup of unroasted raw almonds in a bowl with water overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- Rinse and drain soaked almonds. Discard water in which almonds soaked in.
- Add all ingredients to the Vitamix and blend until smooth.
- Using a nut milk bag to strain your milk. Do not skip this step or you will have grainy almond milk (not tasty).
#Protip: save the almond pulp to make almond flour out of it.
- Serve cold! 😊
