Wallpaperさんのインスタグラム動画 - (WallpaperInstagram)「Introducing the October 2020 issue of Wallpaper*, guest-edited by @design.emergency, now available on newsstands and to download via the link in bio 🚨⁠ ⁠ Investigating design’s role during and after Covid-19, Design Emergency is a collaboration between @paolantonelli, a senior curator at MoMA, creator of @broken__nature, and winner of this year’s London Design Medal; and @alice.rawsthorn, design critic and author of Design as an Attitude.⁠ ⁠ Taking over 39 pages, Paola and Alice make their case for design’s central role in building a better world more able to face any crisis, from Covid-19 to climate change to social injustice. Their section features nine design leaders who are leading the way in pandemic response and reconstruction – from an Afghan tech entrepreneur who is nurturing teenage roboticists, to a New Zealand pioneer of public health information campaigns, to a Nigerian architect devising floating cities. ⁠ ⁠ The section is art directed by @studiofrith, who also created the issue covers.
