One of the most important times of the day for me happens as soon as Sonny goes to sleep. I put my phone on a charger in my office and completely check out for some quality time with myself. I am always preaching about how important self-care is to me, but it's because I believe it wholeheartedly. If I don't schedule this time in, it won't happen and my anxieties will creep in.

I didn't realize how much I needed this time until Quarantine happened but now I will never go without! Here is a little video about my evening routine that helps me completely relax and cleanse off the stressors from my day. @youngliving hooked me up with some amazing products that have helped me create a true at-home spa situation.
