Last year, a child born in Sub-Saharan Africa had a 1 in 13 chance of dying before her fifth birthday. That’s a shocking 20 times higher risk than in Australia and New Zealand. We cannot allow the #COVID19 pandemic to widen these already terrible inequities. This is a moment for global solidarity - for the international community to support life-saving immunizations and trained health workers for every child.⠀
