I wish I could just travel the world and have large gatherings where we can all share our stories free of judgement but it’s not possible today so I will continue to use my platform here until we are able to reunite in person. In the meantime, let’s continue to flood the world with messages of love and positivity and let’s continue to demand our officials to fund our Mental Health Services for our communities. Let’s continue to teach our kids and adults that self love is first before anything. You don’t need validation from ANYONE but yourself. And I know it’s hard when we go on social media and read posts about self worth and positive body image, yet the person posting has added filters and manipulated the picture to look thinner or get rid of a pimple. It’s confusing and deceiving but remember that YOU ARE ENOUGH. Take time to look at yourself and realize that you are very fu**ing special.
