YUM. One of my all-time favorites, Fat Fried Noodles! Here I used whole wheat udon. They aren’t as fat and juicy as I like them, but the brand I used to use doesn’t make them anymore! 😢 @anniechunsinc I’m on the hunt to find organic, whole wheat FAT noodles 👀 Open to suggestions! This dish is delicious and so much healthier than takeout! Plus it’s so easy to make, and the best part, you can get creative with it! Just use whatever type of veggies you have at home and mix it in! For this dish specifically, I made it with udon noodles, shiitake mushrooms, fresh ginger, a little bit of garlic, onion, and carrots. I topped it off with some sesame seeds and green onion..
