Ingredients: ⁣⁠
Salmon fillets ⁣⁠
1 mango ⁣⁠
2 avocados ⁣⁠
1/4 of a medium red onion⁣⁠
Cherry tomatoes ⁣⁠
1/2 of a lemon, juiced ⁣⁠
1/2 of a lime, juiced ⁣⁠
⁣⁠
Directions: ⁣⁠
• Start with your salsa. Chop your red onions & cherry tomatoes, then add to a large bowl. Add in diced avocado and mango 🥭 as well. Squeeze lemon & lime and add your salt & pepper for seasoning. Mix well. Let chill in fridge while salmon is being made. ⁣⁠
• Preheat oven to 450°⁣⁠
• Season your salmon - salt, pepper, and @Flavorgod Seasonings Lemon & Garlic Seasoning on both sides. Place fillets skin side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper & then drizzle olive oil on top. Bake for 13-15mins. Once done, you can squeeze lemon juice on top for extra flavor! ⁣⁠

Ugh, so delicious. I always make salmon this way and it always comes out perfectly and the skin gets crispy! Love it 🤩 and this salsa pairs with it perfectly. A perfect meal to end the summer with. ⁣⁠
