My husband and I live in LA and bought our first house last year. It was built in the 1920s and we are slowly removing some of the flipper-renovations that were here when we bought it and bringing back some antique details to restore its charm. Later days, subway tile and popcorn ceilings. 2. I’ve been blogging for 9 years as of this month, and my more in-depth work and photos live on my blog, PrettyLittleFawn. 3. I have always and will always walk on my toes, unless I concentrate very hard. It’s a habit that I cannot break and trying to keep my feet flat for too long hurts. Rest assured, it does not look elegant or ballerina like when I walk though, more of a weird toe-walking bounce that I have to really think about not to do. It used to really embarrass me but now I don’t think too much about how it looks. 4. My fat little dog Mops is 12 years old, the light of my life, and snores as loud as a full grown human. She sleeps in our bed every night and gets breakfast lunch and dinner. I’m told this is weird and that most dogs are fed once or twice a day, but she’s always been on this schedule and comes to find me to demand her lunch if I’m working. 5. I’ve been working as an actress in film and television since I was 13. You may have seen me as a random guest star on some crime show or else in a horror film. I pretty much never book comedic roles, but can cry quite easily? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it’s a living. 6. I love autumn and winter and cannot stand the heat of summer, so when we travel for the blog, we usually pick chilly destinations and off-seasons. It’s my favorite. 7. My husband’s name is Eric and we’ve been together for over 10 years and married for 4. We met when I was 18 and around that time I kicked a beer off of his porch because I was feeling sassy. We didn’t date until sometime later (can’t imagine why). 8. We had a very tight budget for our wedding, so we served chili and grilled cheese for the meal; our dessert was donuts.
