Here's a little Friday pick-me-up: This nduja & bitter greens, ready-in-20 pasta recipe from @sarajenkins. Nduja is a spicy, spreadable fermented sausage that, once removed from its casing, dissolves into the pan, so all those flavors mix freely with the greens and pasta.
