🎂 9 🎂 I spoke yesterday about finding the positives in a bad situation. I know this year has been hard for a lot of people, me included, but what I do wanna (selfishly) say is; me and Lux really have lived our best mum-and-daughter lives through 2020. We’ve had every single day together for 6 months, time together from lockdown that we’ve never had the luxury of, and probably never will again, time that the world when it’s up and running doesn’t allow. We’ve watched all my favourite old films together, Overboard Bodyguard Forrest Gump Grease 2 🤪. We’ve protested and volunteered side by side reminding eachother how important it is that we’re there for other people even if we don’t know them. I’ve been her teacher she’s been my photographer. Rode our bikes round farmhouse and ponies in Yorkshire having the absolute time of our lives. Happy birthday Lux my little rock who always shines a big bright light in a dark time. I am so unbelievably lucky ❤️
