2 boneless chicken breasts⁠
6 slices of ham⁠
4 slices of swiss cheese⁠
1 sheet of @cutdacarb⁠
1 1/2 cups coconut oil for frying⁠
@Flavorgod Seasonings Lemon Garlic seasoning⁠
The sauce⁠
2 cups chicken stock⁠
1/4 cup parmesan cheese⁠
1 tbsp dijon mustard⁠
1/4 cup heavy cream⁠
1 tsp minced garlic⁠
1/2 tsp xanthan gum⁠
1) In a sauce pot , bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil . Add in 2 tbsp of Lemon Garlic seasoning and the chicken. Cover and let roll for 45 minutes.⁠
2) After 45 mins , take chicken out and place on a plate to cool a bit. Save the stock.⁠
3) When chicken is cool enough to handle, shred it up.⁠
4) Heat up your castviron with the coconut oil.⁠
5) Cut your @cutdacarb down the middle , the 2 across to make 6 squares.⁠
6) Lay a slice of ham at one end of square , with cheese , the chicken. Roll tightly. Fry in coconut oil seam down to seal. They fry very quick , so keep turning. Repeat til done⁠
The sauce⁠

Just add all ingredients , except xanthan gum , and simmer for 5 minutes. Add xanthan gum an stir. Take off heat and enjoy.⁠
