My whole life, the two things that have brought me the most therapeutic/soul-warming joy are surfing and playing music. As silly as it sounds, breaking my wrist put me in a SUPER weird place mentally because I couldn’t surf and I couldn’t play my instruments. I’m so thankful for my life and my health, and I’m so blessed to be able to wake up and do what makes me happy.
