It is like diving into a different Universe, full of secrets. I'm used to going with my grandma for mushroom picking, blueberry picking, wild raspberry picking... I miss it a lot! Last weekend I literally dragged Dean @dean_harrison to go to the forest with me. If course, not without adventures this time as well) aside of all the mushrooms we found, there was THE WINNER, a big white absolutely round mushroom. ( on the video) We decided to only keep whis one because it's impossible to misidentify. I've never seen things like this before.... didn't know if it was an edible one... The research said that it's called a "Giant puffball ". Captain obvious))) in order for it to be edible, it has to be absolutely while inside with no textures, no gills, no other colours. Ours was exactly like this, evenly white with nothing else. So we went for it) I cooked it as a part of our dinner, chopped and fried with meat. It had almost no taste, very mild mushroom flavour and the texture similar to tofu.
