1 pkg @greatlowcarb elbows⠀⁠
1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar ⠀⁠
1 cup shredded colby jack⠀⁠
2 cups chopped Kentucky Legend smoked ham⠀⁠
1 1/2 cups heavy cream ⠀⁠
2 tbsp butter⠀⁠
8 slices chopped bacon minced⠀⁠
@Flavorgod Seasonings Pink Salt and Peppercorn⠀⁠

Get a stockpot half full of water boiling ( a rolling boil ) and cook the elbows for 17 minutes. Stir occasionally. ⠀⁠
Drain, add the heavy cream to the empty stockpot. Heat gradually to a simmer, add the cheeses, stir in to melt smooth. Add @Flavorgod Seasonings pink salt and peppercorn to taste. Add ham, stir to combine. Let sit to heat the ham and the flavors to start partying ( about 5 minutes ) Add pasta, stir to coat all. Cover the top with minced bacon. Cover and turn off heat. Let sit for 10 minutes and serve. You can use any cheese or cheeses you prefer. Rock it out Brawnies !!! 😋⁠
