After Travis @ctpconcepts upgraded the suspension and brakes and we got the car back on the road, I knew without a doubt, I wanted more power. Previous motor was a mild 383 Stroker.
Turned it up several notches with @blueprint_engines 427 Stroker.
Blue Print dynos every motor they build and sends the info to you. My 427 makes 541 Horsepower and 536 pound feet of torque. Exactly where I wanted to be in this car. This motor makes most of the power low to mid range and that’s where I want it.
Doing a complete rebuild of the TH400 transmission as well.
Stay tuned. I am looking forward to getting this car on the road the way I want it.
