As I was falling , I remember thinking: this is going to hurt 😊... and it did 😅. Luckily people came and help me right away 🙏and the wife of one of the pompiers de la caserne de la rue du Vieux Colombier was just passing by 🌟🌟🌟and helped me get in touch with them ASAP. Thank you to the beautiful care, help and support @sapeurs_pompiers_de_france @sapeurspompiers they were like “oh mais c’’est Catalina” nous sommes voisins 😉merci aussi à tout le personnel de #hopitalcochin 🙏🌟🙏 I woke up feeling like a truck had run over my entire body and with stitches in my head... but I didn’t want to cancel my 7:30am class this morning because I Know it’s so good for the people that come ... So we practiced together, I was with them just as they were with me... All together, breathing and moving, inhaling and exhaling, cleaning our bodies, our minds and our hearts, making space within, welcoming this bright new day, this new gift of life today..!!!! And once again, My God! Am I thankful for these tools of awareness!!! These tools of life!!!!! Incredible GRATEFUL for absolutely EVERYTHING in my life, even these hard and painful ( literally 😅) moments..!!!! What a joy to experience LIFE to the fullest, in the good and the bad, in the laughs and the tears.... THANK YOU GOD! THANK YOU LIFE!!! Thank YOU!!! All of you!!!
