I love seeing everyone’s “during” pictures! This is mine. Body by @shaunt and a low carb lifestyle. Contrary to popular belief, this girl doesn’t always smile. Today is the first day in forever that it’s been dark and dreary...I wanted to sleep in. 😂 I’m on day 9 of low carb eating...i.e. I stopped eating cereal, bread, potatoes, cake, Cheetos, crackers, beans, rice, cookies, pasta and stopped drinking Coke, juice and sugar with my coffee and cream. The inflammation in my body went down dramatically. My energy has sky rocketed. I’m down a few pounds. My cravings to consume everything sweet is slowly becoming obsolete. It blows my mind how making a change in what’s going into my body can affect me so much. Will I do this forever? No way! I love pizza and tacos and apple pie too much.
