I’m currently looking at my calendar like this 😱 and wondering how in the world 2020 caught up to me with a now never ending to-do list. Launching 2 major projects in less than 2 months before baby (so excited but also 😅🤰🏻) & there’s lots of assignments piling up on my desk as we speak! I’m also trying to live my best #momlife over here giving teeny as much love & attention before her baby sis arrives. (Aka 30 weeks preggo trying to do Supermom cartwheels 👶🏻🥇🤹🏻⁣) ⁣ Sometimes I forget that I’m human and meltdowns are inevitable. *Screams, but not too hard in case I accidentally pee a little #pregnancyprobs* Foreal tho, you’re never too old for a meltdown moment. Too bad my mom can’t walk in my room & fix my problems or knock some sense into me like when I was a kid, but THANK God that God can! ☺️ God has taught me in my adult years that it’s okay to breakdown but not to unpack and live there. *Takes a deep breath* It’s in those overwhelming and stressful moments when I’m like dang, I really can’t do life without God. His grace reminds me daily that I have to give myself grace over the things I cannot control. He gives me the permission to say, “Saz! It is OKAY to slow down on that hamster wheel and TRUST Me (God) who does have all the answers and is always working for good, even when u can’t see it.” Suddenly things feel less overwhelming. I also have to remind myself that what I’m chasing is good and it’s things that I know will ultimately bless God’s kingdom in return! So it makes me feel better knowing that the blood sweat and tears I’m pouring into my dreams are filled with purpose & what I hope can make a positive impact in the world!!! I’m on a mission & it’s a marathon not a sprint. ⁣🙏🏽 Ultimately, God shows me time and time again how adversity ADDS value into my life in some way. Life really does give us an opportunity to walk on this Earth, grow through what we go through and use our God-given free will wisely & boldly with intention. So yes girl.
