Hey guys, so I went to Delhi on 19th August and my family greeted me with lots & lots of love (by love I meant food 😜). Later due to work obligations, I couldn’t workout at all. Hence the last 12 days were either little or no workout days for me. I returned to Mumbai last night and got so depressed seeing my tummy.😭 Where are those abs I worked so hard for? 🤷‍♀️ But instead of working out I chose to have a brownie and this is an old pic so don’t get fooled. 🙄 Life is too short and it’s OK to break the rules. It’s ok to be in your comfort zone. It’s ok to take some days off. Just remember, ONLY you have the authority to be what you are. 💕
