How to take care of your body- listen, you only get ONE body. I learned health the hard way when I battled for my life against cancer two years ago now. Ever since then, I am obsessed with health and taking care of myself. I eat a vegan Whole Foods diet, no sugar or processed shit, I never drink alcohol... I love water, my green smoothies or green tea! I take millions of organic supplements daily lol... too many to list lol. I work out daily and get my walks in outside for that vitamin d and distressing. I go to my holistic doctor weekly to stay on top of my health as well. Im always focused on keeping immune system up high and stress down. All this contributes to cancer cell growth and killing bad cells if you do it right. Everyday is a daily journey and I never stop learning about health. I study study study. (If you have health questions, comment them now)
Again- you get one body. Take care of it, don’t wait until it’s too late. I got lucky and I will never take my life for granted ever again. ❤️
