Creative director and set designer @sandysuffield wasn’t shy of a challenge when looking for a place in the countryside. In fact, she was specifically after a wreck and found her match in a long-abandoned engine house in Suffolk. It was love at first sight, and so began a refurbishment and extension in which Sandy sought to retain the Victorian proportions and industrial straightforwardness of the building, creating a space that would serve as the backdrop to her collection of objects, furniture and art.
