Chuck D @mrchuckd_pe has long been a hero of mine as founder and lead rapper of @publicenemy, as an outspoken social and political voice, and as an activist. Chuck's lyrics for Public Enemy spurred my interest in learning more about Black leaders and movements like Malcolm X, Nelson Mandela, and the Black Panthers. Chuck has largely sparked my understanding of Black liberation and racial injustice. I was very happy to be asked to participate in the virtual art show, "Welcome To The Terrordome," where Public Enemy music meets visual art - curated by Chuck D, Lorrie Boula @lorrieboo, hosted by Black Book Gallery @blackbookgallery!
