So much confusion, respect and admiration for @chadwickboseman as a man dedicated to his craft, community, family, and his legacy. The fact that he was fighting cancer for this long and kept it out of the public until this day leaves me feeling so empty. I don’t know what I could’ve done but send prayers to him. But I guess that selfishly would’ve felt like I was able to help in some minuscule way. We as humans are all being tested in so many different ways from so many different directions. Feels like there are a lot of reasons to just give up. But hearing Chadwicks story makes me want to push through even more so, push through these tears, push through the trivial bullshit, push through the depression... especially at this moment where I just feel like giving up.
