Went for a 2 hour hike yesterday to clear my mind. 🙌🏼 Wearing my fav workout apparel by @1stphorm 🖤
Hiking can help you on both a physical and emotional level.
While any cardio workout is good for your brain, finding a way to combine your workout with spending time in nature is even better because you will be able to slow your mind down and connect with your spiritual side.
The more you can connect with yourself spiritually, the better you feel. 🌿✨
I believe people who can connect to their spiritual self, feel more grounded and clearer! -nature has the effect of drawing you back to your inner root.
Hiking in nature can help you hear your own inner voice so you can get clear about what needs to change and who you really are. 💫
Times are different nowadays, a lot of people are struggling emotionally. Including myself. Anxiety is at it highest.
