I’m definitely a red meat person but this was absolutely delicious 😋 buffalo chicken strips.⁠ 1lb chicken breast⁠ 1/4c corn starch⁠ 1tbsp smoked paprika⁠ 1tbsp garlic powder⁠ 1tbsp onion salt⁠ 1tbsp flavor god dynamite seasoning⁠ 1tbsp chili powder⁠ 2 eggs⁠ 1/2c buffalo sauce⁠ 1/4c honey⁠ 2tbs olive oil⁠ Cut the chicken into strips or bite size pieces If you want to do more of a nugget style.⁠ In a bowl combine the corn starch and all other dry seasonings.⁠ In another bowl whisk the 2 eggs together. Set aside.⁠ And in another bowl whisk together the honey and buffalo sauce.⁠ In a frying pan over med to high heat, heat 2tbsp of olive oil.⁠ Preheat oven to 350°⁠ ⁠ Coat each piece of chicken with the corn starch and seasoning mix then coat with the egg. Carefully place into the hot oil.⁠ Do this with every piece of chicken.
