Here’s a look at some of our sweet pies: * Bruléed Salted Caramel Apple Pie with caramelized Gala apples and a brûléed crust * Strawberry, Guava, & Fior di Latte Pie with fresh strawberries, guava jam, and vanilla Fior di Latte ganache * Passionfruit Coconut Cream Pie with coconut whipped ganache, passion fruit curd, chantilly, toasted coconut, meringue, and lime zest * Chocolate Caramel Silk Pie with chocolate mousse, soft caramel, hazelnut feuilletine, and whipped cream, framed in a chocolate crust topped with Gianduja (hazelnut milk chocolate) shavings *** Pie Night dates are Wed-Fri nights Sept 16-18, Sept 23-25, and Sept 30-Oct 2 in our outdoor backyard garden, with 90-minute sessions at 5-6:30pm, 6:45-8:15pm, and 8:30-10pm.
