Riding one of my favorite bike trails. The coolest part of it was seeing my nieces over come a fear of riding through a mile long cold pitch black tunnel through the mountain. We counted, we sang, asked questions to get them to focus on other things. After getting through the tunnel, they said it started out scary but then they were having fun singing and counting. An awesome learning moment about whatever you focus on is what you feel. “Where focus goes energy flows”. Really cool to see them over come and grow through something like that.
