Love the subject matter, but found it really challenging to be without a set schedule, and without any guarantee of more paid work. Pretty job on the outside, stressful on the inside. ⠀ So, I made the decision to make a change 4 years ago, go to work with @lovewellness, and figure out what made me comfortable and fulfilled everyday. Ironically enough, with everything COVID-related we've lost our office and I'm working from home again, but this time with better boundaries put in place for myself. So, I do like Monday. It makes me feel safe. ⠀ Here's what I do to make Monday work for me: • I wake up naturally without an alarm on Monday (I typically wake up early on my own but it's nice to start the day on my own without my phone) • Sometimes I take a really hot bath if I'm up super early • I take an early walk outside - could be 5 minutes, could be 30 minutes • I drink a decaf coffee with cream (caffeine makes me so uncomfortable but do love the taste of coffee) • Get in a workout with @theclass by Taryn Toomey • Slather my face in @laradevganmd products • Start my Monday team @lovewellness call after my workout • Break my fast (I like to intermittent fast a few days a week) around noon with a @bewellbykelly smoothie」8月24日 23時30分 - lobosworth
